Imagine losing ALL your valuable data due to any sort of problems such as hardware failures, natural disaster or fires. Not a pretty thought, is it? Here at JamTech, we're always thinking ahead and allow you to give us your files for safe keeping if the worse was to happen. You're probably thinking that you could backup your data yourself. What if you had a fire and the fire burnt the backup data too? In IT, you simply cannot take any risks. Let us help. We offer 2 types of off site backups, see below.
1) You supply the medium and data - we look after it. If you want us to look after your data, we can do so, but you supply the medium and put it on the medium (such as hard drives, CD, DVD etc).
2) You supply the data, we supply the medium - we look after it. So basically we give you a medium to put your data on (depending on how much you want to back up, it could be on a CD, DVD or hard disk)
Rest assured that ALL of your data is backed up and stored in a fire-proof environment.
